Refunds

Accidents happen. The post office is also not always the kindest to packages. If something in your order comes broken and it is not on sale, we will gladly issue a partial refund of up to 50%. You are more than welcome to keep and feed the broken treats if you wish! You can get in touch with us by emailing thenaturalcavy@gmail.com

If an item is unopened and intact, it can be returned within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return postage. Refund is only for the cost of the product(s) returned and does not include the shipping or taxes.
